Charles Anthony Pickett Advertising Specialties & Graphic Design was formed in 1994. Tony discovered that imprinted products were becoming ever increasingly popular. Working from a home office in San Diego, California he supplied products to nationwide businesses, schools, and Community Association Institue organizations.
In late 2001 shops and businesses all over the country drastically cut their advertising budgets . This is when Client Development was added to the products and services CAP now offers.
